New School Reopening Survey – Hybrid in person or Distance Learning DUE JAN 25

Hello Otay Parents. Please read the following letter (in English and Spanish) and take the survey below, regarding your plans to either:

1. Bring your students on campus when schools reopen safely, to a hybrid, 3 hour school day
2. Keep your students home for Distance Learning

Survey must be completed by January 25. Families who do NOT complete the survey will remain in Distance Learning.
